Day 4 of #TheLariamTab has brought both miles and meaning. Each step continues to remind us why this journey matters, not just as a physical challenge, but as a living tribute to those we’ve lost and those still carrying invisible wounds.
Today, we were humbled to receive a message from Sharon, the widow of Mark, a soldier and husband who died by #MilitarySuicide.

While in Tasmania, Sharon and her family walked by Dove Lake at Cradle Mountain. They lit a candle in Mark’s memory, laying their hands together in love and remembrance. Sharon’s words were simple but powerful:
“He’s always in our hearts. We miss him very much and especially on this holiday. He was meant to be here with us.”

Her story is the very heartbeat of this walk. Behind every mile of #TheLariamTab are families like Sharon’s, carrying both love and loss every single day. These are not just statistics or case studies. They are lives. They are voices. They are the reason we cannot stay silent.
We walk for Mark.
We walk for Sharon.
We walk for every veteran and every family, especially those affected by Mefloquine harm and the silent epidemic of military suicide.
Day 4 is not just about endurance, it’s about remembrance, awareness, and change.
Let us hold space for Sharon and Mark today. Let us ensure their story, and the stories of so many others, are never forgotten.

Every mile matters. Every story matters.
